Karen Gunter, President and Personnel Placement Coordinator
Karen joined Dental Employment Services, Inc. in 1997 as a placement coordinator, and under the
tutelage of then owner Norma Dow, learned the ropes of the business. Karen became office manager in 2002.
In 2006, Karen became owner and president of Dental Employment Services, Inc. and manages the business, is
focal point for client relationships, and addresses permanent and temporary needs for offices and
professionals. Karen has extensive experience in small business, business management, consulting,
finance, and human relations. Karen is looking forward to servicing the dental community in her new
role and responsibilities as President and owner.

Nicolle Fleming, Personnel Placement Coordinator
Nikki comes to Dental Employment Services, Inc. with a background in staff training and development,
management, and customer service. Nikki handles the intake interviews, addresses permanent and
temporary needs for dental assistants, conducts classroom presentations and is involved in committees
and boards at the various dental schools, and visits dental offices to share how our agency can assist
them in their staffing needs.

Suzanne O'Brien, Personnel Placement Coordinator
Suzanne handles temporary and permanent placements for dental hygienists.
She brings with her a diverse background in business, marketing, human resources, and customer service. Suzanne interviews our newly registering
dental hygienists, visits the local hygiene schools, and places hygienists in both temporary and permanent positions. She works closely
with dental offices to ensure finding the right staff member to complete their dental team.

Abby Vetter, Office Assistant
Abby uses her great customer service skills for answering our busy phones and her organizational skills to keep our office running
smoothly. She also confirms temporary assignments, sets up interviews, inputs and maintains records for our personnel, and helps out
as needed with temporary and permanent placements. Welcome to our team, Abby!
