Q: Do I need to sign and return the contract?
A: No, when you contact us for our services we will send you our
agreement, wage & fee schedule, and an office information sheet.
Read over the agreement and if you accept the terms and conditions
just return the office information sheet to us. By
using our services, you are agreeing to the terms of the
contract.
Q: Does Dental Employment Services, Inc. only handle permanent placements?
A: No, Dental Employment Services, Inc., is a full service agency which handles temporary
and permanent placements for all aspects of the dental field.
Q: Does Dental Employment Services, Inc. handle last
minute staffing emergencies?
A: Yes, call us immediately and we will do our best to find you a
replacement for the day or for an extended period of time.
Q: Who pays the temporary employee that works in our
office?
A: The person we send to your office is paid by you on your
regular payroll cycle. Simply send them a
check when you do payroll. The temp should provide you with proper
documentation (W-4 &
I-9).
Q: How do I inform Dental Employment Services, Inc. of a temporary employee's performance while in my office?
A: Evaluations are available online
or by calling us. Please contact us if you have any concerns
about a referred employee we have placed in your office.
Q: What happens when I need to cancel a
person you have scheduled in my office?
A: You need to contact Dental Employment Services, Inc., immediately so we can
notify the temporary employee.
Q: Do I still have to pay for a person in my
office if I cancel them?
A: You may be assessed a fee if you cancel our person and
replace them with a temp from another source. Additionally, if,
due to your late cancellation, our temp arrives at your office,
you are responsible for both wages and our fee (see
